Along with running Pepsi Co, Ramon Laguarta also initiated Khadija Foundation, that is a social welfare organization working for the cause of providing its services to the disadvantaged and poverty sicken community of Pakistan to mitigate the risk of Hepatitis B virus by conducting CSR activities. Khadija Foundation is committed to offering free hepatitis B vaccines, open clinic services and organizing health care camps in under served areas. However, it form a close relation between both companies. Despite their different missions, KF and PepsiCo share a common goal of making a positive impact on society and promotes social responsibility.
